I've never looked at this stock but after your post I took a look at it.
EPS only got out of the negative numbers in 2003. Cash flow was -0.20 in 2004. The 10 year MOS price is $0.50 and the 5 year MOS is $1.79. The stock is currently trading at around $20.00.
Its not a R#1 stock. Though I think of R#1 more as a guideline than a rule. It might be a great stock to buy as a speculative stock. I don't know much about the gaming market although I would tend to think that it would be easy to lose market share if they don't keep innovating.
