I ordered this program a couple weeks ago, I was a little skeptical because they ask for credit card information first... but nevertheless I ordered, the program sounded great, and the price wasn't too outrageous compared to other software I had been looking at.

So... good things about it
It is real time. It updates about every half hour or so I would say. Very user friendly. I got through the DVD's and they helped me quite a bit. I have never done any investing so it was a whole lot of information I needed. If your experienced I wouldn't say to dive too deep into those. I attended the online start session which was helpful. I also received calls asking if I was having any trouble with the software or if I had any questions. Also received calls about other services.. declined. They weren't pushy. Recommendations so far have been great. I still do research to back most of them up just so I feel comforable. But overall, it's been pretty close most of the time. I did some research on Ross, he was the co-founder of Investools. So if you didn't like that program, I'm assuming you won't like this one. They have a lot of simularities just comparing the two websites.

The bad things...
Really the only thing I didn't not about the software was the up front credit card information. I didn't cancel the program so I don't know how thats handled if you do.... but I've never been a big fan of automatic payments. But this one turned out to be great so I guess I lucked out!
