For a short while I was using MarketBrowser Pro, which was well worth the annual fee of $59. It is a simple desktop app and loads fast, but had some minor downsides in its technical analysis customization.
I'm pretty sure they still have a free version that is still highly functional and gives you a pretty good idea of what to expect in the full version. You can check that out here:
