Rantcliff>> I hear you loud and clear on that. At this current juncture the spreadsheet team has over a half a dozen projects that are in development.

If you feel up to the task of creating a mac version/modifying a pc version to mac, let me know. As the forum grows, I'm sure other familiar mac users will be able to provide assistance.

Until then you might check emomon's web-based "Moat Checker". It may be of interest to you.

Best of luck!

Justin

Microsoft products (excel) and Apple Products (Mac) are rarley compatible. Microsoft recently stoped supporting internet explorer for mac. I would have to say they dont like each other very much.

New Investor

I just took the InvesTool seminar and I am looking forward to learning more from this site. Mike Coval was my instructor.

Welcome to the Community! Quite a few of the members within the forums have taken the InvesTools class, so I assure you that you are in good company!

See you on the boards!

Maybe hard coding the path to C:\Program Files\... is not such a good idea because that path won't be recognized on other platforms.

How about just having the macros in the same directory as the spreadsheet? At least that should make installation a doddle and solve any architecture dependent path issues.

Hi Justin! I'd be happy to talk about improving the website, though that's not my area of expertise. I'm fluent in C++ and Java, but I've only dabbled in php and java script.

Newbie

I just found this message board, read several threads, and found that this should really help me to understand both "The Rule" and help me with "Investools." I will be attending the Investools workshop in Houston this month and am now reading Phil's book. Obviously, I am a "rookie" but look forward to investing.

Hope to get to know many of you in the near future.

Jim Stewart
