I was a little more conservative than you in my analysis. I'm assuming a forward PE of 16, which is a 5-year average including the current PE of 10. Using a future EPS of 6.47, which is close to your number, I get future value $103.57, sticker of $25.60, MOS of $12.80.
This looks to me like a risky biz at best, though, because they've only been making a profit since 2003.

Hello Rule One Forum Members
Hi. Like the collective "you", I too have read the book and found the concepts great. I actually stumbled upon this site as I was looking for a way to evaluate banks. Banks, it seems, don't have ROIC's. So, I'm looking for a similar concept to evaluate them. Any ideas???

Any reason why you're particularly interested in banks? I really don't know how much of a MOAT banks can build up.

Any particular reason you've found interest in banking? Like krypticide mentioned, banks have an awful hard time building up any kind of durable competitive advantage. I'm interested to hear your opinion on this. See you on the boards!
