Well, you can stay at my place so that should save on the lodging - and that view should be worth something. I can fire up the grill and provide all the beer you need so that should save on the necessities. Gas has been dropping like crazy (I saw it for $2.13 around here). So now, what's your quote to get rid of all these spiders I have?

Well truth be told there really isn't a whole lot on the OTC market for spiders. Or anything else for that matter really. Every year the EPA bans something from the previous, deeming it unsafe for some reason or another. This is especially true with over the counter products but also holds water for many restricted use pesticides that a certified applicator has access to. In the 4 or 5 years that I've been working with the business I've seen about a dozen products come and go!
If you are having a major problem with spiders and really want to have it taken care of, the product I would recommend is called "Suspend". It is what I use here in NWMO and have had great success with it, with very few callbacks. Its a residual insecticide that lasts anywhere between 30 days to 3 months depending on the concentration level. If you end up calling a professional to come out, find out what product he intends to use and let me know. I'll get some extra info for ya :)

Hello Blair, and welcome to the community! Don't worry about being overwhelmed, it happens to us all. Just take it one step at a time and don't even think about investing until you really feel like you understand this stuff. For most people, that *point* occurs when they sit back and wonder why they are wasting their time paper trading and watching all of those monopoly money profits disappear into irrelevancy!
It will take time, but dont fret! There are some 1000 members here that want nothing more than to learn the same technique you are interested in, each at their own skill levels. Just be sure to stay active, and ask lots of questions. You'll get there!
