Hello fellow future Millionaires!!!

Hello

I am 28yrs old and Phil's book is the first book on investing I have read (actually I am only about 80 pages in). I found this site while attempting to answer some questions I have regarding the Big 5. Seems as though there are some real knowlegable members on this site that are great at sharing info. I look forward to learning more and conversing with all of you. Now I'm off to hunt down the answers to my questions.

Sam

Re: Newbie

I am new here also and have just started reading Phil's book in the last few days. Are you reading the Rule#1 book or a different one?

Re: Strength in Numbers & Mentors

Thanks for that feedback. It seems there are some general similarities then but several more differences as an investment philosophy, probably due to each one's individual experiences.

Still, I think some kind of cross reference of their philosophies and actual decisions/actions they took (and admitted mistakes) during similar economic climates and on different investment sectors could be done. This could take some time to compile but it should be a very useful time saving resource when it's done. Hard to believe I'm the first to do this though. I wouldn't be surprised if they at least, would each have some private, internal document like this.

Re: Newbie

I read Phil Towns book already and am in the process of finishing up a book called "Start Late, Finish Rich" by David Bach.

These two authors have different approaches. I am just reading around to see what i would feel most comfortable doing.

Hi Guys

Hi Guys,

I just finished reading Rule #1 and I'm excited to invest my money into undervalued stocks. So far, I haven't found any company yet that is at MOS price. But the key is to be patient. If I find one I will report it to you guys for verification!

Re: Hi Guys

Greetings,
I too am new at this but I love the concept. Can anyone help me figure out the 3 tools? I have been reading the MSN charts. I have two questions. How does Phil change from a 10 day MA to 30 day MA when the only option on MSN is 10 or 50 day MA? If I go to "period" then "Custom" I can change to setting to Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly. Which is the best and most used?
Thanks
