Question Hi Guys! I'm new to this. Problems?

My head's a spinnin'.
Especially after downloading Justin's MOS tool. It looks great but says the MOS on AAPL is only 8.83 and that I should have YHOO pay me (-9.83)to buy their stocks; Should I place an order for WFMI at .03? OR AM I HAVING SOME KIND OF TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES?

Hey Y,

I would slow down before you make a purchase of any stock. Just a simple suggestion. Try reading the R-1 book. Invest with a clear head, not a spinning one. Happy investing.

Its all depends on the number you use for your Estimated ESP growth rate and the Rule @ 1 P.E. Using a EPS growth rate of 21 and the current Pe of 30, I get a mos of 78.82 using the excel from justin.

Re: Hi Guys! I'm new to this. Problems?

Thanks Gunnski, I'm not that new... already read the book and have my MOS on AAPL at ... well... 178.5 on Investools Site and mine at 110 ish with more conservative futures. In either case the company is at or below the MOS currently at $113.64..
I am looking for validation that I am using the correct numbers.

Does anyone else come up with MOS in the 105-130 range?

I agree with you Gunnski.
One actually needs to papertrade untill they know for sure they won't loose money. I am still papertrading myself now for a month

The market ain't going anywhere. Just be patient and learn.

Be 100% when you enter the market. There is no need to rush as the market will always be there. Papertrade for a while and ask as many questions as possible.

Re: Hi Guys! I'm new to this. Problems?

I fake traded for like 2 months before I thought I had a little grasp on figures. Now I am much more confident and willing to make moves because I have a lil experience. Its a fun process, even without me hitting a good % yet this year. I know from every trade I'm gaining confidence and some knowledge, while I'm still at a very young age to be wheelin and dealin. This board has helped alot too. People are very responsive.
