Where are the cheapies? ADRs
Welp,
It's no wonder the Dow is so dang high... everything is/was over priced. Where are the best deals right now? ADRs. I'm not always a fan of ADRs when they don't move on the US when they move on the foreign side. You would think there would be more aggressive arbitrage. But anyways, look at some ADRs, there are a handful that are waaaayyy under priced.
