Serious Business
If you don't think this is serious business & you can lose a bunch of money in a hurry. You may want to review the attached chart of SCLP. No news prior to the drop. There was news after the market closed. Yes Insiders do matter.

Yeah, but this is a stock that NONE of us should be investing in in the first place. Just take a look at the financial statements.
Not saying this can't happen to a solid company, but based on fundamentals I wouldn't touch this company with a 10 ft. pole. Adam

Thank you for that seminar. This was simply an example of what can happen. No mention of a R-1 biz.
Does it happen to R-1's Biz? You be the "Judge". My message is "please be careful!" With CTSH I got out, back in Nov. "07, (posted on this board) using the 3-Tools. Yes they do work. Check them out on a chart. You may recognize these (2): Please click on chart:

I didn't mean to be rude and for sure that can happen to a R1/great company as well. For me, I don't even use R1 anymore anyhow.
Just wanted to point out that this isn't a company where I could see it go 50%+ in the red and be comfortable buying more. Adam
