Jim Cramer / Phil Town Feud ??

Does anyone know the details to Jim Cramer's distaste for Phil Town?
On Jim's show "Mad Money" the floor is marked with many X's made of tape with the names of the guests written on them to show where they stood when they were on the show. Earlier this month Jim Cramer was talking about a previous guest when he went searching on the floor for that guests name among many when he came across Phil Town's name and then said something to the effect, "Phil Town! What the heck is he still doing here, he needs to go!".
Then this week he was doing the same visual search of a previous guests name when he stated "Thank heavens they got rid of that Phil Town !".
Can anyone shed some light? I thought they were supportive of each other. Thanks.
