Re: Jim Cramer / Phil Town Feud ??
Maybe Phil squeezes the toothpaste from the wrong end of the tube (or some other lubricant) and now their relationship is 'sour' they both decided that they cannot live together any longer, and file for divorce.
Happens every day. What's there to worry about? For my part, I prefer not to be a sucker to the financial industry's marketing machine. I am more concerned with how well my business interests are run.

Re: Jim Cramer / Phil Town Feud ??
Nothing to be ashamed of - all of us in the same boat.
Phil Town writes a book (clearly the machine at work), we all come to this website because of it, and then Justin makes a bunch of money from all these Google ads, and the machine makes money from people coming to their websites because of these Google ads. One of the reasons it continues to make money is because of people like you who post interesting comments that people want to read. Basically, our dialogue creates money for other people - the machine. That's what forums do - forums are a big business for many people. You post a comment - some new person reads it, but also notices that they can make a gazillion dollars in penny stocks according to an ad at the top of the screen, they click on it, and all of a sudden you've helped them to be machined. I, for one, hope that you continue to produce thought-provoking comments even if it means empowering the machine. |

But that's not really being part of the financial industry's marketing machine, is it?

Re: Jim Cramer / Phil Town Feud ??
I didn't ask the question so I could get Phil & Jim to work things out on an Oprah reunion show.
My quest to find out why their may be a rift between them is to see if one or the other now doesn't agree with how the other makes $ or how they teach about making money. They may be poking holes in each others philosophies. Does Jim now disagree with Phil's Rule#1 and if so why? |

Also, as far as a feud between Cramer and Town, I have not heard or read anything about it, aside from Cramer's comments during his show about Phil's name on the floor.
